Guide to data structure and preparation

The dashboards, which make up the SME Data Analytics Suite, are based on dummy data contained in two data tables:
‍Microdata - credit and deposit - this table contains all data for portfolio and performance analysis
‍Microdata - credit applications - this table contains all data for analysis of applications including application efficiency and reasons for rejection

The links above will allow you to download the sample data files used to create the dashboards. The sample data used in the dashboards is completely ficticious, is for demostration purposes only and should not be used for decision making.

If you would like to use the dashboards on this website with your own data, the data structures and data dictionaries provide the tools for you to prepare your own data tables. It is important the field names remain exactly the same as they are written in the data templates or they will not work with the dashboards. The field names are case sensitive. Once the tables have been prepared, either as a local file or a database table, they can be linked to the sample dashboards by following the step by step guide below.
